The Animaze Editor is our free authoring tool that makes sure the assets you share (.avatar files) cannot be reverse-engineered by parties with malicious intent (assets theft, non-consented AI training, etc.).


NOTE ON USING ANIMAZE YEARLY HISTORICAL DLCS

Up until November 2024, when you install Animaze Plus 23 or Animaze Pro 23, they will seamlessly integrate with your Live Service version of the app. This means that all your personalized items (customized avatars, imported avatars, quick scenes, twitch actions, etc.) and settings (overrides, tracker configs, etc.) from your Live Service version will be retained.

After November 2024, when the equivalent Animaze 2024 DLC will also be live, Animaze 2023 will transition to having its own separate offline executable and data folders. It will no longer have any overlaps with the Live Service version, and you will be able to use it without a need to connect to any Animaze servers (just like Animaze 2022 before it). From that moment on, to use your historical DLC license, when starting up Animaze you will have to choose to start "Animaze 2023" in the Steam launch settings, otherwise you will start the present-day Live Service version.
