Threat Actor is a RTS cybercrime-themed strategy game with a villain protagonist, where you, a moderator of a Dark Web marketplace, are tasked with protecting the interests of your criminal enterprise.

THE DARK WEB

Your cyber empire resides on The Dark Web, a 3D topdown map with various resources, roaming entities and servers of hostile factions. You are able to expand your marketplace's influence and wealth by placing various defensive or productive buildings. You can also command your faction's malware entities to move freely around the map, attack other factions or defend your own buildings.
