From 80's Rocker to Medieval Fantasy Hero, not bad dude!

You start as an 80's Rockstar, but you are soon swept into the fantasy world of Ithule. The creator of this world has chosen you to help save it from an ancient evil.

Create your character and join the cause! Pick your character class wisely. As it determines your playstyle. As you enter the game world it's up to you to rally defenses and forge alliances against the impending undead horde.

Crafting and Construction

Creating your home and defense through crafting and design is at the heart of Medieval Darkness. From individual building pieces to the blueprints of grand structures, it's your hands that will build and protect Havenhold.

Outside of Havenhold awaits dangerous lands both static and procedural. But wherever you go you can expect adventure and danger!

Epic Quests

Embark on epic, multi-session quests demanding skill, luck, and camaraderie. Your triumphs over formidable bosses will push back the darkness, for a time. Can you prevent the Demon Lord from casting an eternal darkness over the land?

Multiple Game Modes

Whether you're squeezing in a quick solo mission, delving into ancient dungeons with a handful of comrades, or rallying the whole gang against a formidable boss, there's a game mode for your schedule and play style!

Game modes include gathering materials to fortify your home in Havenhold, adventuring to hidden dungeons for loot and glory, and defending friendly villages against the onslaught of evil.

Gathering:

Embark on dangerous expeditions to collect wood, stone, metal, and other valuable resources. Use these resources to further build your home and craft mighty equipment and fortifications.

Adventure:

Journey into the uncharted depths of Ithule's ancient dungeons, mines, and caves. Confront the lurking evils, engage in visceral combat, and bolster your fame and glory. Navigate perilous traps and crack intricate locks. In these gloomy depths, you'll discover more than just adversaries - unearth magical gear and valuable spoils to strengthen your stand against darkness.

Town Defense:

Gather all your friends and heed the distress call of neighboring villages and towns and become the hero they desperately need! Add a dash of strategy with the unique ability to teleport sections of your own town for enhanced defense in these epic battles.

• Villagers - As the battles progress refugees from defeated villages will begin to show up looking to survive. They're a vital resource and may provide help in the most unexpected ways. Just as you arrived as an untrained newcomer to Havenhold, you must continue to lead the training of other refugees from towns and cities decimated from recent invasions.

Protect, strategize, and uphold your destiny! Every town saved is a step closer to securing the realm of Ithule.

Are You Ready to Step into the Medieval Darkness?

• TLDR From the Devs* Medieval Darkness is a game with many Roguelike elements where you can select from five launch classes, each with its own role, then craft your character's path with flexible skills unlocked with each level-up. But remember to check in with your class trainer else you won’t get that new skill - if they're still standing, that is. You progress through the game by doing missions in the three game modes:

• Gathering: Ideal for a solo or small party, can typically be completed quickly, rewards crafting materials.

• Adventure: Ideal for a small party or solo, crafting and construction take a backseat to combat, greater likelihood of rewarding items.

• Defense : Meant for Larger parties, Estimated 1-2 hours for completion, typically much harder.
