Story

Marsel is an alien who has land crashed on Earth and needs to repair his spaceship to return to his planet. However, the parts he needs for the repair are found only at Circuses on Earth! Not only that, but some spare parts are only available in the past or the future!

Marsel will need to search for these parts while avoiding being discovered and caught by the Earthlings inhabiting the Circus, but all of them are highly trained performers! Marsel will face many challenging obstacles and enemies in this exciting platform game.

Will you help Marsel complete his mission and return safely home?

Marsel, the Alien Clown is a tribute to the platform games genre that millions of children around the globe enjoyed in the 80s and 90s. Today, those children have become adults and, like us here at 1up, haven't stopped dreaming about the references from our childhood. We love to remember the colorful world of Mario Bros, the addictive gameplay of Rayman, and the thrilling adventure of Pitfall.

Gameplay

Marsel, the Alien Clown is a 2D platform video game that combines classic gameplay mechanics with state-of-the-art design technology. The goal is to help Marsel complete a series of levels by jumping, running, and avoiding obstacles while collecting objects and power-ups.
