Prove your political brilliance in a grand strategy like no other: pick any contemporary country, set up your government and navigate the pitfalls of domestic and international politics. A glorious destiny awaits - the domination of not just the Earth, but the whole Solar system!



To achieve this ultimate goal, you will have to carefully consider a myriad of decisions, starting with the choice of a country you wish to lead. Any contemporary nation is available for your ambitions, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe and everything in between.



You will also need to select your optimal form of government, build your cabinet of ministers, improve your character’s skills - all while leading your country’s efforts in economic development, research, diplomacy, espionage or war. Will you lead your people to the stars, or to their ultimate doom?



The politics are becoming REAL!
  • Influence every aspect of life in your country, from economy and social programs to researching ground-breaking technologies and developing your country with construction projects
  • Your choices of political leadership and their actions will shift your country’s way of life, from Liberalism to Authoritarian to Tyrannical - allowing you to issue various powerful (but costly) Executive Orders; or unlock new attributes of your National Heritage

Become the politician you’ve always wanted to be!
  • You have absolute freedom in your choices, but each decision brings consequences
  • As your country evolves, so must your character by improving your stats and abilities. Realpolitiks 3 brings your personal relationship with your character to the forefront!

It’s lonely at the top… But not quite!
  • You are no doubt the leader and public face of your country, but for the first time in the Realpolitiks franchise you get to hand-pick your cabinet of government officials. Foster your relationships with their political parties as well, ignore their requests and tasks at your peril!
  • Pick from 9 available political systems, from monarchy to republic, based on your personal philosophy, or even overthrow the establishment based on purely pragmatic decisions - Viva la revolucion!

The world is your playground!
  • Utilize extensive diplomatic options - become a part of established international blocs like the EU, NATO or BRICS and influence them from within, or start your own coalition and shape it in your own image; take on a leadership role or simply reap the rewards of membership
  • The choice is always yours - join one or even multiple different blocs, or opt to be an isolationist country
  • Invest into other countries and help them develop or leverage your position and strongarm them into puppet states

The sky is NOT the limit!
