為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Bringing a title from the mobile game space onto PC is never easy, as the former has a lot more restrictions. We'd like to explore how the game is perceived from the user-perspective in order to craft true cross-platform experiences that can be enjoyed whatever the input device.」

這款遊戲的搶先體驗時間大約會持續多久？

「We anticipate the Early Access phase to last 2-3 months, depending on quantity and quality of feedback as well as insights gained by game behavioral analytics. The time might extend if deem the user experience not sufficiently pleasant when it comes to control sets (e.g. inventory management) or game design such as pacing through content.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「As some of the earliest additions we're planning are controller support and an incrementally more social experience with guilds, chat, leaderboards, and we strive to to provide a seamless game save between PC and mobile platforms. We would like to achieve this in a privacy-friendly way, without the need of a dedicated sign-up or registration with a social network.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「The game version is very much in sync with the mobile version. Steam users will have access to the same live ops seasonal events, the same game content additions, and benefit from one year of live experience in running the handheld edition.」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「Gladiators: Survival in Rome will always be Free-to-Play, supported by ingame microtransactions that allow to progress faster.」

在開發過程中，您打算如何與社群互動？

「We're counting on the Steam Early Access community in having their say on game experience as a whole. Playing on PC is tremendously different to mobile when it comes to input and movement fidelity, in length of playtime of a gaming session - and thus impacting how the game economy is designed -, but also how the quicker movement possibility with lower input latency affects the fun and challenge part of our game.
