Benjamin Leighton is a war veteran and a retired private detective. He lost his family a few years ago in a tragic and gruesome murder. Nowadays, Ben lives in the bottom of a bottle, dealing with insomnia and unending guilt. A new case arises, when he is requested to find a missing child, which is the perfect opportunity for Ben to get back into business and face his own past demons along the way. The game has a rich and complex narrative alongside with combat Cards and deck-builder mechanics, also a semi-open world for you to explore. You have to be mindful of the stress levels of Benjamin, since his actions and decisions will be affected by it. You can perform several activies to relief stress around the city. Be careful of alleys, some might see you as a target and will try to rob you. You can adopt a Pet to help you cope with your mental health situation and relief some stress. 

Point & Click Interactions

The game utilizes classic point & click mechanics for exploration and interaction with the environment. Players navigate through detailed, hand-drawn environments, searching for clues, interrogating suspects, and solving puzzles to progress through the story. Clickable hotspots highlight interactive objects, allowing players to examine them for clues or add them to their inventory for later use.

Dynamic Story / Choices Matter

The narrative unfolds based on the player's choices and actions, with multiple branching paths and endings influenced by their decisions throughout the game. You will be able to unlock special interactions and special side quests depending on the relationship level you have with the characters which will shape the course of the story and the multiple endings you can achieve.

Deck Builder Combat Mechanics

Obtain new cards and manage your deck to be able to defeat your enemies, they will get more difficult and powerful with the progression of the game. Each character have unique cards to represent them alongside a wide range of melee, range, buffs, debuffs, bleedings, poisoning, stuns, stealing cards, etc. Once you defeat an enemy, they will grant you one of their signature cards to your deck armory.

Crime solving Mechanics

players have access to an interactive board in their detective office where they can pin up evidence, photos, and notes related to ongoing cases. The BOARD in your office room will be your best ally to investigate further, unveil new connections, new clues and new localizations when needed. It is the main tool for investigation.
