END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") FOR "to back from AFTERLIFE"

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING "to back from AFTERLIFE".

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and the sole developer ("Developer") of "to back from Afterlife" ("Game") for the use of the Game.

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.

LICENSE GRANT
Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license is subject to the following restrictions:
You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Game, or create any derivative works based on the Game.
You may not rent, lease, sell, distribute or otherwise transfer the Game or any portion thereof.
You may not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in or on the Game.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Game, including all content and materials contained within the Game, is owned by the Developer and is protected by United States copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Game is licensed, not sold.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the Game, including without limitation the software licensed to you and the results obtained through the Game. Specifically, Developer disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, usefulness, or content of information, products or services; and 2) any warranties of title, warranty of non-infringement, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Developer be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Developer's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you for the Game.

TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Developer. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination of this license, you shall immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Game.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in California for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, concerning the Game.
