About This Game

Knightward is a top-down multiplayer roguelike where players defend a crystal from an onslaught of enemies while also finding time to explore a randomly generated dungeon. To help surmount this challenge, players can use towers found within the dungeon to automate their defenses. The game features a blend of tower defense and dungeon-crawling gameplay, and players can become stronger by collecting items and weapons. Ensure the crystal's safety or face defeat.

Here are some key features of the game:
  • Play in single-player or in co-op multiplayer with up to 4 players, seamlessly integrated with Steam multiplayer.
  • Randomly generated dungeon to explore. Dozens of themed rooms with chests, traps, enemies, slot machines, and much more!

  • Upgrade stations forge run-long power-ups from built-up "essence".
