Why Early Access?

“Seas of strife is a one man passion project that I've been diligently working on for about 2 years. Because of this, the game is absolutely massive and there is no feasible way for me to get the amount of feedback needed to really polish all the systems without an early access to the public.
There are also a few extra features I would like to work on alongside the communities feedback to really create a game that you can play for a long time.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“For at least one year, But I will continue to work on seas of strife until I feel that It is at the level of quality that I deem "complete"”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Early access will be about adding MORE of the things people love about the game from the feedback I receive. I would also like to expand on the games lore, minor factions, land battle system and a few graphical updates such as UI and effects before the full release”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“All the features listed on the store page are in the early access version of the game with more content coming in updates until the game feels well-rounded and polished enough for the full release”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Seas of strife will be offered at a lower price while it’s in Early Access”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will be involving the community through the official seas of strife discord and the steam discussion page. Anyone is welcome to join in on the conversation and suggest new features, balance changes and report bug fixes.”
