Outfield is a horror/puzzle game in which you are trapped in a mysterious field of tall grass. Solve the puzzles, discover the secrets of the tall grass and survive the danger around you to hope to survive.

Environment

The game takes place in a vast field of tall grass (Open World) where you will witness phenomena and strange places in a scary and claustrophobic atmosphere. You walk the dark paths between the tall grass or the danger and around you and can come from everywhere, pay attention to the noise. Explore the mysterious hidden places and get lost in the endless maze of tall grass where you will relive the adventures of the people who got stuck there. Things are not there by chance, it's up to you to find out why.

History

You play as a man who, following a strange event, will find himself trapped in the tall grass. But you will quickly understand that this place is not normal. So you are going to have to be observant and search the tall grass to get out of this trap and understand the truth of this story.
As a player, you will witness the experiences of ancient people lost all over the place through notes, they can provide you with clues and give you insight into the history and secrets of the Tall Grass. Things are not there by chance, it's up to you to find out why. Will you try to escape as quickly as possible, or will you try to discover the truth of the tall grass.

Danger is around you

Tall grass is not your friend and something is hiding behind it. Pay attention to the noise and movements around you because danger can come from anywhere and will not leave you any respite. You will navigate an increasingly scary world and fall prey to an unpredictable and ruthless monster. You will have no means of defense and everything can go very quickly in the tall grass so learn to avoid it and get out of this hell as soon as possible.

Gameplay

Outfield is meant to be a true horror experience where you are dropped into an Open World world. While browsing the terrifying tall grass you will have to solve puzzles, collect objects to get out of the different areas but also avoid a scary monster that you will have to avoid.
In the tall grass you will find notes from ancient people lost all over the place, they can provide clues and give you insight into the history and secrets of the tall grass. Be observant, keep your sense of direction and search the tall grass to get out of this horrifying nightmare.
