“The core mechanics of the game are fully functional, and every feature of the experience is working as intended. We're at a point where we can add new content with ease, like research projects or ships, and they integrate seamlessly into the game.

However, the main campaign itself is taking longer to build than we initially anticipated. While the supporting systems are in place, the lack of a dedicated level designer means we're juggling content creation and feature expansion. As a result, both areas suffer.

To give players something exciting to dive into during this period, we've created a special roguelite campaign prologue. This will explore the assassination of the Blessed Mother and the founding of Sanctuary, taking place centuries before the events of the main story. It's a galaxy-hopping adventure where you lead a flotilla of faithful through various challenges using all the systems from the main game, but with a lighter narrative focus.

Our goal with Early Access is to deliver an experience that feels complete on its own while we continue to refine the gameplay, fix technical issues (especially in VR), and take the time to craft an immersive, engaging campaign with an expanded team. Your feedback will help us make the game even better, and we appreciate your support in shaping the final release.”
