“《ALTF42：友谊万岁》作为《ALTF4》的续作，延续了前作令人崩溃的难度，也继承了前作搞怪无厘头的风格。在本作中，有更多的任务章节，甚至还有剧情故事了！虽然游戏的场景和剧情一如既往地荒诞，中世纪天空中的飞机、各种荒诞的装饰。但这是堂吉诃德的故事，那一切也就可以解释了。游戏中增加了更多的道具，像火箭、靴子之类的。借助不同的道具，过关的方式也留给了玩家很多自由发挥的空间。”
