« We’ve been working on Tales of Fablecraft for years. As we near the full release, we want to enter Early Access in order to really put our project through its paces. We have a lot to learn from gamers who love games and platforms like ours, and we’re moving into Early Access to give them the opportunity to help us shape Fablecraft’s future. »

« Fablecraft will be in Early Access for approximately three months, though development may affect those plans as we receive more feedback and impressions from our community. »

« Early Access will be largely feature complete–players can roll dice, battle monsters, GM epic campaigns, and build unique heroes within the world of Mythas. Fablecraft also boasts various built-in features such as video chat, friends lists, and more! The full version of Fablecraft will feature more homebrew tools, more adventures, more cosmetics, and more modes. »

« At Early Access launch, Fablecraft will feature one free-to-play adventure spanning five sessions, multiplayer for five players and one GM, single-player tutorials, and more than 130 unique assets for homebrew campaigns. »

« Fablecraft is free to play, and that will not change when we leave Early Access. »

« The Fablecraft community has been with us on Discord from the moment we launched our successful Kickstarter campaign. We involve our community members through active feedback channels and even playtest sessions as we respond to their requests and roll out new features, campaigns, and mechanics we’d like them to try. This process will continue as we move through and beyond Early Access, and we plan to engage with our community across Steam and Discord. Tales of Fablecraft is a virtual tabletop roleplaying game with a custom-built platform that makes adventuring easy, whether you’re in-person or remote. Our base game is free to play and includes one full adventure spread over five sessions, more than 130 unique assets, and single-player tutorials and a Combat Arena to show you the ropes. So, gather a group of up to 5 players and a GM, and embark on epic adventures through the magical world of Mythas!

LESS PREP, MORE PLAY

Fablecraft sessions last around 90 minutes. GMs can use our built-in GM guide to run adventures with limited (or no) prep. Players can create characters in 15 minutes or less.

ROLL PLAY

Every character’s fate is determined by the roll of a die. Skill check and combat results are automatically calculated, so you can focus on wielding magic, scoring loot, and becoming the hero you’re meant to be.

TACTICAL, TURN-BASED COMBAT

Combat plays out on interactive battlemaps. Players move their character tokens on the grid, view and select their combat abilities, and roll dice to hit. All of this makes combat seamless while delivering plenty of drama to keep things spicy.

A VIBRANT, HOPEFUL WORLD

Mythas is a world built atop an ancient civilization where nature dominates and magic runs wild. Countless adventures await, and although danger may lurk in the shadows, Mythas is ultimately a place of beauty and hope.

ANY PLATFORM, ANY DEVICE, ANYWHERE

Fablecraft has built-in video, audio, and text chat, so you don’t need to juggle multiple apps. With full cross-play functionality, members of your group can join the game on laptop or desktop, Windows or MacOS. Tablet support will be added later this year and mobile support will land in 2025 for both Android and iOS devices!
