About This Game


How would a world shaped by people's power of will look like?

Embark yourself in this singleplayer action-RPG that mixes Hack N Slash combat with turn-based JRPG elements into a dynamic experience built on the concept of 'Anima' and discover Ragaea, a world surrounded by a deadly multi-colored fog known as the ‘Mist of Oblivion’ where those with an iron will and deep awareness of their own ‘self’ gain the ability to manifest their animas, gaining supernatural powers in the process.

There you will join Juno, an anima user who is one day tasked with the mission to assault the secluded flying 'Citadel of Indomita' to neutralize Raj, an irregular anima user that defies The Syzygy’s dogma. Unsure about the mission and her place in life itself, the young girl infiltrates the island, taking the first step into the journey of a lifetime.

    Be part of a unique character-building system based on psychological typology that allows you to shape and develop your anima through your actions and choices; evolve by assimilating other users’ natures and master the system that defines both the mechanics and characters of this game!

    Combining fast paced Hack N Slash combat with turn-based JRPG strategy into a new mixed system, Arcanima’s gameplay feels unlike any other. Each combat is a puzzle in time waiting to be solved by your unique playstyle. Fight relentlessly or pick apart your enemies by parrying their attacks. Use well timed abilities like you would in an JRPG or combo your enemies with style like you do in a Hack N Slash. Own the combat, the choice is yours!

  • FOCUS

    Dominate the flow of combat and unleash mighty abilities using the Focus Mode to momentarily slow time! Get info on your enemies, plan your next actions and manage your resources, but be careful! You can only spend a limited amount of time on Focus. Easy to use and difficult to master, this feature is a window into the nuanced anima system and how the strengths and weaknesses of different anima natures interact with each other.

  • EXPLORE THE CITADEL

    Immerse yourself in a deep and extraordinary world that will reel you into its own pace. Conquer a flying citadel full of places waiting to be discovered, solve engaging puzzles and find valuable objects that will mark the difference between win and defeat, all within a beautifully crafted and stylized alternative fantasy environment!

  • FIND MEANING

    Join Juno and find meaning on her journey to clear the Mist of Oblivion in a story that speaks about how this path is different for everyone, your-self included.
