為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Since Dragonspire is our first game, we want to make sure we’re on the right track. Early Access will involve an extended period of game development alongside the community, where we test new features and gather feedback from players to make sure Dragonspire is as awesome as it can be.

While in Early Access, you will be able to buy and play a work-in-progress version of Dragonspire, as well as optionally contribute to the game’s ongoing development. Each voice will be crucial in helping us to make informed choices about where to focus our time and resources. Once the game is far enough along, we will announce a release date, reset progress from Early Access, and compensate everyone for participating.」

這款遊戲的搶先體驗時間大約會持續多久？

「It's difficult to say since we won't release a game that doesn't meet our studio's or community's expectations. We expect at least 6-12 months, maybe longer.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「Early Access is a minimum viable version of the game, which will allow us to build features with the community. While we can't predict all the ways Dragonspire will evolve, some of the features we have planned include more Sagas, playable characters, game modes, and a seasonal progression system. That said, we're open to changing almost anything about the game, with a couple exceptions. We're committed to anime and multiplayer. Beyond that, anything is possible! When the game is performing well (based on industry-standard KPIs), our community is happy with the current state, and we've implemented all the planned features, we will move to an official release.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「Early Access will include a work-in-progress version of Dragonspire, which supports online multiplayer. This version has been in active development since 2021, and will include the following features

• Online cooperative gameplay from Saga One (first chapter of the game)
  
• Blue version - Challenge Riptide, Water Dragon
  
• Red version - Challenge Flamegore, Fire Dragon
  
• Both versions occur on the same map with three biomes and regional bosses
  
• 7 playable characters: Serena, Naomi, and Breeze to start. Unlock more by playing!
  
• Normal, Hard, Expert, and Master Difficulties

IMPORTANT NOTE: We only have NA East servers at this time. We are actively working on setting up other regional servers to better accommodate players from around the world!」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「Dragonspire is planned to release as free-to-play after Early Access. Those who support the game during Early Access will receive special compensation, including in-game currency and limited founder items. We feel this is the best way to support a game with mobile cross-play and ongoing client-server costs from multiplayer. We will share more details about the compensation closer to release.」

在開發過程中，您打算如何與社群互動？

「In addition to the Discussion section on Steam, we will be gathering feedback from players on our official Discord server, as well as social media, optional surveys, and through player data. You can participate in our development process by remaining active in-game and engaging with us on the listed discussion platforms. (Our lead is most active on Twitter!)」
