Wozu Early Access?

„Durus is a passion project and gets updated slowly. It's not in a place where we feel it is worthy of a full release just yet. We want to add as much content to Durus as possible, but we can't make the game in a vacuum. We chose Early Access so players can give feedback early on and help shape future levels and features we ship.“

„The short answer is until we feel it is ready. The long answer is that, while it is impossible to nail down an exact time, based on our team's previous performance we expect to be in a spot where we feel ready for a full release by the first quarter of 2024.“

„We would like to do more community-focused things. A workshop to upload and play levels made in the editor and more game modes to play with your friends. We want to continue to launch new worlds for the campaign, as well as one-off worlds for specific mechanics. (Like a world focused on COOP/Multiplayer or one focused on challenging levels)“

Was ist der derzeitige Stand der Early Access-Version?

„Durus is in a playable, polished state. It has a campaign consisting of two worlds for a total of 17 different levels to play through, and a fully functional level editor (that was used to build the campaign). Durus also has local co-op, up to four-person multiplayer, and a challenge mode.“

Wird dieses Spiel während und nach Early Access unterschiedlich viel kosten?

„In the future, we may decide to raise the price if we feel Durus has enough content to warrant it. However, we don't expect it to go beyond the price of a cup of coffee.“

„Durus has a community Discord server where members can suggest new stuff to be added to Durus and report bugs.“
