In the game you have to collect certain items to escape the village. During that you will be chased by the residents. They will notice that you stole their stuff. The more items you will get, the more angry they become. You can defend your self with close range weapons.

Про цю гру

In X-Mas Eve you play as a character named Thomas, who visits his mom for Christmas. He wants to be there as fast as he can.
This is why he takes the shortest road even though it is know for the kidnapping incidents. Unfortunately Thomas gets trapped by the unknown cult.
They kidnapped him for their own Christmas ritual. At the end of the ritual Thomas dies. Make sure to escape before Christmas evening.
In order to do so, you will have to collect weapons to protect yourself from the cult members, sneak in their houses to gather information and explore the forest.
Once you escape the cage in which you spawn with your friends (or alone), you will have to choose one of 3 ways to escape the situation. For each way, you will have to search for different items (e.g. batteries, tape or keys) and complete different tasks with them (e.g. break certain things, activate mechanisms or outsmart the cult members).

These are your options to escape:
  • Make a big fire to get noticed by rescuers
  • Contact rescuers by radio communication
  • Become the cult leader and dissolved the cult
