Amongst the Neon Lights is a relatively small Rhythm Bullethell game.



Within the game you will have to dodge bullet's beams and other projectiles that are trying to stop you from getting to the end of each level. Try to perfect the levels by doing them faster or in less attempts. For the people who really like pain try to 100% the games achievements proving to everyone you have a pain tolerance above anyone else.

Features:

• 4 Hand crafted levels. Four might not sound like a ton, but we are talking about 4 levels that require to be learnt and perfected. You'll have to throw yourself at them for days on end to complete each of them.
  
  
• 20 Chaotic Achievements. For those who decide that just beating the four levels once isn't enough 100%ing the achievements is a challenge not anyone could handle. These achievements will test even the mightiest of gamers and put them in their place.
  
  
• In-game Timer. When 1x becomes too easy you have the option to speed up the game on button press. Skip sections and get a new record if you're that daring.
  
  
• Change Character Skins. When you get bored of one look or wanna show off what you've obtained you can change your player skin. Skins are unlocked by can be gathered by completing achievements in-game.
  
  
• 10 Unique Projectiles. Learn the characteristics of 10 unique projectiles spread over the four levels. Be assured that each level feels just as uniques as the last with new projectiles being added every time.
  
  
• A Boss Fight. At the end of everything get ready for a crazy boss fight! Test if you are worth of finishing the game by besting the boss without even laying a finger on him.
  
  
• A Lovely Retro Aesthetic. Designed to mimic hard and simple retro games from the early days of gaming, it adds to the arcade feel. With all the art in 2 bit colour there are no distracting details that will make it harder to dodge all the projectiles coming for you.
  
  
• Options Galore. Tune the game to your very liking removing screen effects, fps counters, progress bars and even the gameplay speed. This allows you to custom tailor the game to your very liking.
