《Story》

Risa has been friends with her neighbors, the Takeuchi brothers, for a long time.
Naturally, they were both into her.

Eventually, Risa married Seiichi, the older one of the two brothers.
The younger brother, Ryuji, acted like he was happy for his brother, but a massive inferiority complex was simmering inside him.

One day, Ryuji hears from Risa that, due to Seiichi being infertile, they are unable to have children.
Until then, Seiichi, the golden child, had never experienced any setbacks in life.
If his first taste of failure came at this age, there's a chance he'd never be able to recover from it.

Then, Ryuji makes a suggestion to Risa.

"I'll get you pregnant in place of my brother."

Risa Takeuchi (VA: Hina Shinomiya)
A childhood friend of the Takeuchi brothers.
She's in a loving marriage with Seiichi, but she still acts like an adoring older sister to Ryuji just like when they were kids.
She's a caring and considerate person who gives her all for others.
She's a little awkward around men, and she's only familiar with vanilla sex.
She's worried about not being able to have children.

Ryuji's older brother.
No matter what he does, he does it perfectly.
He's also a genuinely nice guy who's protective of his younger brother Ryuji without looking down on him.
