「The full version will expand on the content already available in early access- things like more unlockable spells, new maps, new enemies, and other progression unlocks.

For example early access will launch with around 70 total spells including ~6 unlockable spells you can purchase with currency attained after a successful round. Full release will have even more spells, many of which will be additional unlockable spells which creates the variety and incentive needed for many playthroughs.」
