Hanaja's Body contains involuntary transformation (both in text and image) of the player character that includes genitalia and other sexual body parts that happens primarily through battle.

There are also explicit sex acts (text) that happen throughout the game depending on how Hanaja is transformed and, while she enjoys all of it, sometimes is initiated in a dubious or non-consensual way.

Finally, losing a battle will result in a sexually explicit scene in both text and image that vary by location in game.
