Miksi Early Access?

Currently in Alpha testing hoping to launch in Early Access in early 2025. Getting the foundations right before we add more content. Player feedback will drive a lot of direction in the long term. Release has been delayed with the porting to UE5.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Expecting an early access period of around 1 year to get to completion.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

Early Access version has core features of an FPS but is minimal on content. Once we're happy with the systems more content will be added.

Future releases will include more maps, more game modes, more weapon and utility items, more character customisation options, item looting, basic crafting, achievements, and missions.

A loadout system to change your character's gear.

We plan to release the game as F2P with every item capable of being earned or bought.

Expect regular updates here and on our managed social channels. Play tests of future versions will be conducted at regular intervals and all are welcome to come and play.

Powered by Unreal Engine 4, Redaction is the first FPS game mode of a larger project: Warscape. Set in the near-future, in a war-sundered and irradiated society divided by conflicts on multiple fronts, Redaction tasks players with joining an elite threat identification and elimination squad.

Dive into fast-paced, squad-based PVPVE FPS combat against mutated bugs, irradiated and mutated humans, and other teams of players. Choose a squad role and support your team with specialized utility items. Loot your way through the map completing objectives and defeat the stage boss to get extra loot.

Redaction is currently in its Alpha development phase. MI Studios aims to release Redaction via Steam Early Access soon.
