Why Early Access?

“As gamers, we understand the hesitancy to get involved with Early Access. Rest assured, many of our game features are implemented in this Early Access version of the game for playing. While there are several "End Game", quality of life and expanded features still to come as they are tied in with some of the lore aspects in the future chapters of the game, we want to try and gather as much feedback on the core systems of the game as possible as we push forward into creating these remaining chapters.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Upon release of the initial Early Access version of the game, players will be able to play through the second half of the first Chapter of the story. We also expect to release the entirety of Chapter 1 and exit Early Access at that time within less than twelve months following Early Access release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We expect the full version of our game to bring several new, large scale features which will add endless hours to your gameplay experience. Please note that the game is currently not optimized for Steam Decks, however we have plans to do this in the immediate future as well as full controller and macOS support. We are aiming to release these features before or upon exiting Early Access

While Early Access will be a portion of Chapter 1, the full release is expected to be the entirety of Chapter 1 along with several new end game raids, dungeons, upgrades, crafts, character customizations, unique items, discoveries, adventures and more for you to take part in. Finally, upon or shortly after exiting Early Access we are aiming to introducing a high skill cap PvP mode for you to show off your heroes, your gear, and your skills in a brutal fight to the death in the Colosseum.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of early access contains a majority of the Chapter 1 content, and many of our planned features for the full version, excluding a few end-game systems that tie into the lore of the fourth chapter of the game, and some quality of life improvements, along with some features to expand on the current gameplay. The game itself is in a relatively stable state in terms of bugs or crashes, however, we are two brothers and a sister, so our testing environment is limited! As a result, there remains a rather high possibility for bugs and even potential game crashes, so please manually save your game often, as reloading the game will often resolve these bugs.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, we have reduced the price of Early Access by a small amount as there is a higher chance of bugs and errors. We will be raising the price very slightly when we feel the game is in a state worthy of doing so.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will be actively discussing the game features and plans with the community via Discord, as well as taking in as much feedback as possible around the current features, the planned features, and any feature ideas our players may have to add to (or remove from!) the game. As this information makes it our way and we continue development into the next chapters of the game, we will be actively making any changes to the current content as needed to ensure the overall game is the best combination of our initial vision and the feedback from the community.”
