Why Early Access?

“Early Access is a way to help small and medium developers to create, improve and implement new features for the final product, thanks to the closer dialogue that exists with the game community. In my case, I would like to hear all the criticis and opinions to know what aspects should be improved, while the development and implementation of new mechanics is increasing.

Evangeline's Defense mixes tower defense with top down shooter mechanics, so your opinion about the result and future updates is important!”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Evangeline's Defense will be in early access until the final result is as expected and all the improvements and new mechanics that have been planned have been implemented.
In addition, your opinion will also take into account for the possible improvements, mechanics and feedback in general that you want to share!
In terms of time, early access can last between 6 months and 1 year, but as I say, feedback should be taken into account”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The final version of the game will include a lot of new things, because the objective sought in Evangeline's Defense is to give you a good feeling of being surrounded by demons and see how your towers and defenses exterminate them D:< (or not...)

The full version of the game will include:
-New towers
-Possibility of building defenses (walls, spikes, traps...)
-New game modes
-New enemies
-New construction materials
-New maps
-New Special abilities
-New goals
-And in general, new mechanics”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently the most important mechanics of the game are implemented and work perfectly. The game works by games of 20 minutes, of course, each one different from the previous one, since the enemies are random, but they are based on the duration of the game to appear. (and many appear, kill them D:)

The game currently includes:
-3 maps, each one more difficult than the previous one and all of defense
-4 special abilities, 3 of them cumulative
-4 types of construction materials with which to build defensive towers
-4 types of towers
-13 types of enemies, 5 of them elites

It also includes a few steam achievements, which will also increase with each update ;)”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the price will increase in its final version
Its final version will include many new things, as mentioned above, giving more hours of fun annihilating evil demons D:<”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“As already mentioned, your opinion is important! So for now, we will be able to communicate through Twitter and Discord, where you can share your experiences with the game, both what you like the most and what you least like, in order to improve what you do the most, and correct what you do not like.
And of course, where you can share what you would like the game to include”
