Varför Early Access?

“The early access release is your chance to get involve in the development of Quantum Apex. As a solo developer I am looking forward to all kinds of suggestions. There are many things that I will be adding to the game in the coming months, and indeed years. I only make games I enjoy playing. That way I will not lose touch with the balance of any of my games or the wonderful communities I hope they create.

Each car I design is totally unique to quantum Apex, you wont find any mustangs with sci fi bits stuck on. Every car will be something you've never seen before:) Every bendy buss will be a Nitro fuelled crazy waggling experience that I hope will add to games strong sense of comedy. Billboards for films like Clear and Pheasant Danger and Logan's Jog.

My dream since I was 12 is to be a game developer, This game is my first attempt at giving something back to the gaming community that I love so much! I hope you enjoy it.

“Between 7 and 11 months”

“There are many big plans for Quantum Apex in the works, I plan to add 1 race track and 2 new cars every month for at least the first 2 years after full release. Early access will ship with 20 cars and 30 race tracks. At full release I plan to double both those amounts I will list more changes in the order I Plan to implement them:

1 Free Roam City and surrounding areas, that will play host to a single player free roam campaign. City X is the futures last bastion of motorsport, The population of the city is entirely petrol and pixel heads so every road has been designed with driving pleasure in mind. Each street playing host to the passion for speed!

2 Online leader board for lap and race times.

3 Car and Bendy Buss customization. Including Paint, Holographic decals, Wheels, Body parts, exhausts, Spoilers, and more. Players will have to drive to different Auto shops in City X to upgrade different aspects of their rides.

4 online and local Split screen screen Multiplayer.

As with most games, I also plan to uprate the graphics as the game develops.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“You can ace with an Xbox 360 controller! but as it does not work on the pause menu the game is listed as no controller support.

Currently Plyers can win races to build up credits. There are a multitude of cars and busses to purchase. You must also buy passes to new race events. Winning these events will earn bigger rewards, but the opponents will become significantly more challenging with each Class of race you reach.

There are also Car skate parks for you to unwind in and practice skills you will need for the stunts / obstacles you encounter on the race track.”

“I plan to gradually raise the price as I ship new content and features, But not by much.”

“After 21 years of playing games, I know how special it felt when I was talking to the Dev of a game I enjoyed. When my suggestions actually got taken forward it was amazing. So believe me when I tell you I'm looking forward to hearing your ideas for the game. :)

I plan to hold a competition for players to have their own car designs featured in the game. and similar ones for racetracks too!

I will also be hosting lots of votes and competitions to name many of the cars and racetracks in the game.”
