[The reason why game started without full_screen is that some anti-virus software such as 360 anti-virus software is optimizing game mode. If this happened occasionally, You just need to click stop game button and click start game button again to solve this problem temporarily. You could also shut down the game mode setting and aoto into game mode setting in the settings of 360 anti-virus software to solve this problem permanently.]
