Why Early Access?

“Our development goals are very similar to the goals of the characters in our game, working together. We want the process to be as open as possible, and part of that is developing the game in tandem with our community. We want people's feedback, and we want to create the game people want to play. While we no doubt have a vision and a framework, ultimately, we are making the game for you, and we want this journey to be one we take together.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We anticipate the game being in early access for one to two years.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“One thing we plan for is the amount of content expanding over time. From adventures to events in the game. We hope these will greatly expand as the game develops. Secondly, we plan for the areas of the world and peoples you can play as to expand as well. Tormentosia is a diverse world of many different areas. While will start with Ambros and the Hedonists, we plan to fully expand the world into many other areas and nations outlined in the map of our world.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently, players can explore the region of Ambros. Here you will take part in multiplayer building, survival, and PVE content. You can also visit the main social hub Coreheim and connect with others online in a persistent online world.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Once we leave Early Access, we intend for the game to be free to play. However, we do not intend to implement any pay-to-win mechanics, all purchases will only be cosmetic in nature.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“As mentioned before, the community is key to the development of this game. Our Discord is a hub where you can interact with the team and submit your ideas and feedback for the game. Here our designers can hang out and discuss these things with you. We’re also very open and transparent about our development process, timelines, and sharing the reasoning behind what we do.”

About This Game


Tormentosia was divided by its many races in a state of persistent conflict. Then came the near total destruction as Sorgoth the Devourer invaded the world. Facing his calamitous frenzy, the last six kingdoms united their power, each providing essential resources to defend all the remaining life with a new kind of technology - the Ultracore.

But don’t be deceived, as darkness seeps into the edges of the seemingly safe lands. Our generation inherited this world. We’re all Coreborn. Our goal? Reclaim. Rebuild. Restore.

Claim the land. Build, grow and make your town a thriving place, hand in hand with your friends. Together repel evil forces and defend your settlement. Survive the elements and Sorgoth’s minions as you help restore the ruined world. Never let your guard down.


Venture out of the relative safety of the Ultracore’s shield. Cooperate with other players and help reclaim the dust lands. Quickly gather resources to build up defense structures and withstand endless waves of Sorgoth’s minions. Use your wits and skills to gather valuable loot as you undertake various adventures across the continent.


Meet people from all over the world in the lively city of Coreheim. Trade items, get resources, find new companions for adventures and to join your town, or simply hang out and enjoy seasonal events and festivities.
