In 1592, Japan invaded the Joseon on Korean Peninsula, initiating the Imjin War.
Despite eventually repelling the Japanese forces after a long and arduous conflict, Joseon fell into disarray due to the aftermath of the war.
Bandits emerged across the land, and corrupt officials exploited the chaos to plunder the people.

In an effort to rectify this situation, an unnamed Seonbi embarked on the path.




Seonbi: Scholar of Joseon is a side-scrolling action game developed with the historical backdrop of Korea.
As a player, you will encounter bandits, remnants of the Japanese forces, and monsters on your journey.




Using a bow as your primary weapon and a variety of skills and items inspired by the weaponry of the Joseon era, you must strategically utilize them to defeat enemies and reach Hanyang (modern-day Seoul).




Seonbi: Scholar of Joseon is designed to fluidly connect short actions, enabling players to string together combos and experience the thrill of direct combat.




Equip yourself with your unique skills and item combinations, assist the citizens in dire situations, and journey to Hanyang to rectify the chaos that plagues Joseon!
