In this 2D platformer, we travel with Vera on her quest to escape the Wake. The Wake is a depressing realm full of the demons of Vera’s mental illnesses as seen through her eyes. Run, jump and slash your way through nightmares. Each path leads you to an epic battle with the oppressors of that realm.

Sobre este jogo

Vera Sapphire is a young girl with a somewhat troubled past. Having grown up in a household with an abusive parent has left her with mental scars – scars that run deeper than she ever imagined. One night her sleep is troubled by a nightmare: As she left her apartment building the sharp cold winter air kisses her cheek, cutting through her skin. She walked the streets of the city with pain in her heart. A single tear fell from her face shattering the floor beneath her, and she falls.
She awakes from the nightmare in a gloomy and depressive dimension – The Wake. In that new "reality" she must confront many fears and anxieties in her journey to get out of the Wake. Along the way, she fights adversaries, makes new friends, and confronts her own biggest demons in her search for a way back home.

• Face off against 20+ creatures per domain some with unique attacks and abilities.

• Beautiful and ominous landscapes with immersive parallax and mesmersing lighting.

• Venture into this unknown world accompanied by atmospheric and touching piano and string music.
