Class-Based Deckbuilding

Immerse yourself in first-person as you unravel the secrets of the Crypt. Master one of several classes as you navigate procedurally-generated floors, where every card choice and tactical decision impacts your survival.

Deep Card Interactions

Build your deck from hundreds of unique cards and dozens of status effects. Discover synergies between cards, chain complex combos, and adapt your strategy to face over 100 enemy encounters. No two runs ever play the same.

Rich Progression System

Every descent into the crypt is unique. Procedurally-generated maps with branching paths, a variety of encounter types, including secret encounters that keeps you at arm's length from imminent death!

Make pivotal choices in event encounters, experience witty and ominous creatures in your journey through the Crypt, and find new ways of staying alive.

Enter the Crypt as one of several unique classes:

  • Play as one of several classes, each with their own custom cards and special mechanics:

    Berserker - Generate and spend Fury as a second resource, unlock a special card when reaching threshold.

    Alchemist - Brew unique potions during combat. Collect ingredients and form concoctions.

    Druid - Call upon your allies (Sheaf & Gob) to assist you in battle. Each ally has its own diverse set of abilities and actions.

    More classes expected to follow as well.

  • Over 200 items (potions, artifacts, secrets) to help you explore the Crypt.

  • Unique mechanics baked into deckbuilding, such as key cards and ally assists.

  • Three floors to conquer which are fully procedurally generated so no two runs feel the same.

  • Engage in many different encounter types, some hidden and waiting to be discovered.

  • 'Endless Crypt' mode where enemies are relentless and combat never ends.
