« I want the early adopters of the game to have the ability to give feedback and make suggestions for the game they want it to be. Working directly with the community through feedback and suggestions will provide a massive impact on how the game shapes up in it's final stages. »

« The full release is planned for about 12 to 18 months. With frequent updates along the way players will have the ability to provide feedback to us to make the game better and player focused. »

« Currently, Trailer Park Life offers the full game loop of creating a park from the ground up and managing your community and economy. The game is ready for players to have fun and also provide feedback for improvements where they see fit.
Players can build full parks with lots of services, amenities, events and even a disaster here and there. »

« The game will be priced less than the full release amount, I feel that the player should be rewarded for being an early adopter and helping build a great game in the end. »

« Through a Discord server and Steam community hub, everyone is welcome to ask questions and give constructive feedback and suggestions for new features. There is also a bug report within the game itself which gives the development a better understanding through bug reporting. »

Trailer Park Life is a city-building, simulation and management game about building and growing a trailer park with a thriving community.

Your trailer park will be a place for people to come and camp, come to party and come to live. With camping areas with tents, RV trailers on lots to double-wide retirement villas you will have all types of people staying at your trailer park. Your park needs resources like power and water, businesses to keep your citizens entertained and have places to eat and staff to keep it all up and running. Your citizens and your park will challenge you with wants and needs, not to mention a variety of natural disasters including tornados, fires and more!

The success of your trailer park will depend on your attention to your citizens and management of the employees and park resources.



Layout your park as a quiet place to relax or turn it into a freakish party zone, not intended for early risers. Trailer Park Life is all about choices. With many buildings to plop down that cater to services, food & dining and entertainment. Building locations really matter. Be sure they are close enough to access yet not so close to annoy the neighbors.




Park services will be needed in keeping the park up and running. Each of the services require people to run them and funds to pay them so your management will be vital to the success of your park.

You will need staff to help you keep things in order. Life will be easier by hiring and upgrading your cleaning staff, maintenance staff, security guards and more. All these employees don't come free, so you will need manage the park expenses and income so you can turn a profit.


The success of your thriving park will depend on how you treat your citizens. Listening to their wants and needs they will become a happier community and be willing to pay their lot fees. But if you ignore them they will turn on you and take revenge on your hard work and getting them to pay their fees will be difficult.
It will be a fine balance between giving them everything they want and what your park budget can afford.
