While the current state of the game is playable, there are several experimental gameplays that are still being incubated and in need of community feedbacks.

“As the game has entered its playable state, we foresee that we shall graduate from Early Access within 12 months. We rely on a real-time Trello roadmap so we can show you where we are heading based on the community's feedback.”

“We are truly inspired by the gameplay of Ship Simulator Extremes, BeamNG: Drive, My Summer Car, and Need for Speed Series. We want a game that takes itself decently while offering fun for the players for hours to come. Here are some of the plans for the Full Version:

• A full campaign for Simulator Mode: This requires lots of references and tuning as we are embarking on realistic boating activities, such as generic Rules of The Road, scenarios in COLREGS (you might want to sail on the open seas), fishing, rescue, man overboard, and so on. This will be topping to 8 hours of gameplay.
  
• A Sandbox Mode: Create your own lake. Design your docking place, a place where the fishes are, set the water spectrum. Or even burn it down and make it an emergency situation
  
• A full campaign for Arcade Mode: It has stories, something that is meaningful and worth remembering.
  
• Steam Achievements
  
• UI tweaks, bug fixing, additional language support.

“The current Early Access Version of Boat Simulator Apprentice includes:

“Boat Simulator Apprentice is priced lower through the Early Access period. Price will change once we leave early access, with respect to the scale of updates and the value that we believe the game brings to the players.”
