“Being a solo developer, I decided to launch in Early Access because, for one thing, I want to give the players a chance to play my game before I finish adding all of the additional things I envisioned to include in the final version. Additional time will also allow me to put more effort into implementation of new mechanics.”

“Spy Robot: Gateways To Humanity is planned to stay in Early Access for one year or longer.”

“The full version will have a bigger set of features and more content. I plan to add new enemy types, new environment tile set, new events/missions and expand the story of the game. It will also be more polished, having gone through lots of testing and QA and will hopefully be localised in more languages. Also, I am sure players will have lots of ideas during Early Access which I will consider implementing as well.”

“The most important features of the game are already there: fighting, hacking, flying, using important tools like the anti-gravity gun and the portal gun. The current version forms an enjoyable gameplay loop, but is still a bit bare-bones, lacking content and polish. I also plan to add more features such as more different hacks and tactical use of the portals.
Also, there are certainly still some bugs that will need to be ironed out.”

“Although I am currently not sure about the final price of my game, most likely the final product will cost a bit more than the early access version.”
