„I chose to release this as early access to let players join in on development and shape the game together. I see many (close to) completed games being launched as early access, but at that point it's often too late to fully involve the community.

I'd like the community to play a key role in the development of the game whether its through ideas, detailed criticism or a thumbs up (or down).”

Aproximativ cât timp se va afla acest joc în acces timpuriu?

„It's unclear as of now and largely depends on how much time I can spend on the game during the upcoming months/year, but if all goes well I'd love to keep adding updates based on your feedback.”

Cum se va diferenția versiunea completă de cea disponibilă în acces timpuriu?

„Naturally, both ARPGs and Roguelikes can never have too much content so while it's hard to say what a finished product will look like I'd like to see a good pool of abilities, a solid dungeon generation system and a few bosses before ending early access. That's the ideal scenario at least and it all depends on the reception of the game! :)”

„I wanted to launch the game in an as early stage as possible so that everyone can give feedback super early on in development. In reality, this is an MVP of the game with a basic version of the fundamental features and system the game will offer to give you an idea of what the finished product could look like.”

Jocul va avea prețuri diferite pe durata accesului timpuriu și după părăsirea acestuia?

„There are currently no plans to change the price on release. Content updates post release will be free.”

„Since Vicious Growth is still in early stages, you can help shape the foundation of the game. You can help impact progression mechanics, ability and spell effects, room generation, AI design, graphics, you name it. I appreciate feedback for anything between graphics, core mechanics to minor details. Anything helps and can make a difference in shaping the finished product!

Action RPG Roguelike. Evolve your abilities and push yourself through a procedurally generated level.
Think hard about your choices, itemize well and use your skills to reach the end.



Start with a few basic abilities and fight your way through increasingly difficult enemies to upgrade your abilities and loot gear.
Pick your favourite ability combinations and create unique builds with items that you find along the way.



Your upgradable abilities consist of:
* Spell (default attack)
* Dash
* AOE Nova



What type of player do you want to be? Will you dash into a big group of mobs, praying that your raw damage will save you? Do you build movement speed and choose crowd control upgrades to strategically kite mobs around the room?

It's up to you, there are no wrong ways to play the game.
