Wozu Early Access?

„I chose to release this as early access to let players join in on development and shape the game together. I see many (close to) completed games being launched as early access, but at that point it's often too late to fully involve the community.

I'd like the community to play a key role in the development of the game whether its through ideas, detailed criticism or a thumbs up (or down).“

„It's unclear as of now and largely depends on how much time I can spend on the game during the upcoming months/year, but if all goes well I'd love to keep adding updates based on your feedback.“

Wie soll sich die Vollversion von der Early Access-Version unterscheiden?

„Naturally, both ARPGs and Roguelikes can never have too much content so while it's hard to say what a finished product will look like I'd like to see a good pool of abilities, a solid dungeon generation system and a few bosses before ending early access. That's the ideal scenario at least and it all depends on the reception of the game! :)“

„I wanted to launch the game in an as early stage as possible so that everyone can give feedback super early on in development. In reality, this is an MVP of the game with a basic version of the fundamental features and system the game will offer to give you an idea of what the finished product could look like.“

Wird dieses Spiel während und nach Early Access unterschiedlich viel kosten?

„There are currently no plans to change the price on release. Content updates post release will be free.“

„Since Vicious Growth is still in early stages, you can help shape the foundation of the game. You can help impact progression mechanics, ability and spell effects, room generation, AI design, graphics, you name it. I appreciate feedback for anything between graphics, core mechanics to minor details. Anything helps and can make a difference in shaping the finished product!
