The Lockridge Shipping Company, a once bustling hub of commerce, now stands as a relic of the economic prosperity once experienced by the small community of Macungie, PA. Andrew Allen, the company’s latest hire, seizes this opportunity to weave digital threads through the decaying fabric of tradition, bringing this company into the modern era. Unfortunately for him, the company’s purpose shifts, veering away from its repetitive logistical operations. His employee orientation, a mundane affair on paper, unfolds like a cryptic ritual with the intention of summoning a cataclysmic merger of worlds. As time runs out, Andrew finds himself a skilled computer scientist with the ability to reprogram the town’s destiny and stop these otherworldly entities entirely. Will Andrew Allen be his town’s last hope or first sacrifice?

Gameplay Features Summary

Maguntsche: Chapter Two is an indie horror game that blends the traditional elements of the survival horror genre with a linear narrative experience. The player is tasks with exploring the Lockridge Shipping Company Industrial Complex and must search for items and keys to enable their progression through the warehouse. Additionally, the player will be tasked with completing security clearance mini-games and will have the ability to collect, store, and craft useful items to help them in direct encounters with the otherworldly entities of the Realmverse. During these frightening encounters, the player will experience two realms stitched together, where a mirrored reality hides in plain sight. When immersed within the Realmverse, the player must collect reality fragments to return to their body and continue their assault on the Superior's brainwashed forces.
