As the Team Manager of a football club, you have the opportunity to create the ultimate dream team, making key decisions as the Coach, Manager and Chairman. Team selection, training, advertising, sponsorship and the smooth running of the stadium must all be considered carefully as everything will have impact upon the success of the team on and off the pitch.

As the manager, change tactics at any time, re-evaluating game strategy or substituting players. By training players to perfect their unique talents with skills during each training session, managers will enjoy noticeable improvements on the pitch.

Be the first team to sign up raw new talent and purchase stars from global transfer markets or appoint a scout to advice. Maximise on cash potential with the pulling power of the team and sell in-game hoardings, look for kit sponsors, equipment partners; the gamer can even sell the television rights to a number of games. Save three self-defined line-ups and use them again and again, as manager skill for creating a winning formation with world-class players will take them through to a brimming trophy cabinet at the end of each season.
