„We plan to have the game be in early access for about 5-6 months. We have clearly defined our scope for 1.0, and at the pace that we have been developing the game, this is our best estimation for how long this should take.”

„Though we've come a long way from the start of this project, there's still a lot we want to do! We're just getting started on implementing boss fights that will add a new level of depth and challenge to the game. Next we'll tackle the addition of a special final boss fight to end off your run with. We also plan on adding a new playable character: the Commando, with a full set of items for them to unlock! (We have more playable characters planned, but we made the decision for these new content additions to fall as updates after 1.0) We're also excited about adding functionality to our logbook, so players can properly inspect and read entries behind the game's items, mercenaries, enemies, and more! There's also a lot of polish work that we would like to do, to smoothen out and enhance the game's experience. Not to mention the addition of new sound effects and music! (And cloud saving, leaderboards, improved menus, and gameplay options!)”

Care este starea actuală a versiunii aflate în acces timpuriu?

„The core wave defense gameplay is fully functional! You can play the game with mouse & keyboard, or with a controller, but we're still polishing some aspects of controller support. There are over 60 general items that can be obtained by all characters, and each mercenary has an additional 16 that are unique to them, totaling out to over 100 items that you can pick up in your runs! We plan to continually add new items all throughout development, keep an eye out for them in our patch notes! We have 3 playable mercenaries, each with their own unique weapons, abilities and passives. Our goal with each one is to have fun & fresh gameplay that is different the last. There are a total of 85 steam achievements in the game, each is tied to a piece of content that is unlocked when they are completed! The game has one map right now that will change as you progress deeper into your run, it has various features and utilities that you can make use of during combat,”

„The game is going to be priced at a reduced rate during early access, We are working very hard on it and we will hold off on selling it at its full price until we have reached the quality and content level that we want from the 1.0 version of the game.”

„The community's feedback is integral to the development of our game. We try to push frequent patches with fixes and additions based on the feedback received from playtesting.
