Give your urban areas the right look with concrete sidewalks and neon lights in store windows. Have your heroes save some time on their commute to work by cutting through alleyways that are full of trash and dumpsters leaning on the walls, or give them a chance to relax by playing basketball in the small park tucked between buildings.
