Miksi Early Access?

Although the game contains plenty of Zombie smashing already in the form of a Horde mode, the open world survival experience offered on 'The Island' map will take some time to complete so whilst we continue construction, we can improve the gameplay/gunplay by opening it up to the public.

Expected to the fully released within a year.

We plan to expand the roster of maps as well as add a unique open world area called 'The Island' to offer a more robust and complete adventure.

We aim to make 'The Island' a massive 16km x 16km open world you can explore as you search for equipment and gear to help you survive the hordes which infest the land.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

Currently 4 Wave maps and the ongoing version of 'The Island' are all playable in single player or co-op, together with a wide array of weaponry. Players can level up to unlock new guns permanently

Don't just survive a zombie apocalypse, thrive in it! Blast hordes of Zeds as you gain experience and cash to buy better gear and see how long you can survive.

Take on endless waves of the undead using a variety of weaponry, all in the glorious first-person perspective. Share the fun with up-to 4 of your buddies and see who can smash the most Zeds to shreds!

Two Game Modes

Born in Blood offers two modes for taking on the undead - in the Wave Survival mod you try to survive for as long as you can whilst fighting off endless attackers across a variety of interesting maps. Gain points and experience to unlock new paths and areas in each map, and uncover the secrets and missions hidden throughout for a real challenge (and a reward for your efforts of course)

In Survival Mode, you take on the expansive wasteland called 'The Island' where you must manage your own needs (hunger, health, rest etc) whilst exploring as much as you dare booking for precious recourse to help you along the way.

Progression and Rewards

Both you're avatar and your weaponry can all be improved as you gain experience. Level up your stats to make you faster, stronger and tougher than before. In addition, gain proficiency with each weapon through gameplay, meaning as you gain experiencing using a weapon, you can increate its stats such as range, damage, ammo capacity etc to help you take on the Zeds, and win!

Grow your arsenal

You start off with your trusty pistol, however by visiting the Weapon Vendor you can purchase permanent weaponry which you can access via Gun Crates dotted around the environment. Pistols, Shotguns, Rifles and more await.
