SANITY is a first-person psychological horror experience inspired by the works of Ari Aster and Nicolas Roeg. Blending non-linear storytelling with player-driven choices, SANITY challenges you to question not only the world around you… but your own perception of it.

You play as Kaelon Synclair, living in a quiet mountain town with your wife. Maybe you've been thinking- But something isn’t right. Conversations feel off. Memories don’t align.

And when she disappears…
the truth becomes harder to recognize the closer you get to it.

Every decision shapes your experience.

• Dialogue choices influence relationships and how characters respond to you

• Your behavior alters future events, interactions, and outcomes

• Information can be revealed, misunderstood, or missed entirely

There is no single path forward. Only the one you create.

Through the Focus / Doubt system, you decide how Kaelon interprets the world:

• Focus on what you see to ground yourself in reality

• Doubt what you see to uncover hidden truths or distort what’s already there

What you choose to believe will determine what you find.

• A dynamic SANITY system alters audio, visuals, and interactions

• Environments shift subtly or dramatically depending on your perception

• Conversations and events may change based on your mental state

Use your in-game phone to:

Or go without it, and face the unknown with less guidance… and fewer answers.

Your choices, perception, and mental state all shape the outcome.

Each ending offers a different interpretation of the truth, leaving you to decide what really happened… and whether it could have ended any other way.
