為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Pirates of Gravitae is mostly the work of a solo indie developer. I have focused my efforts on making the core gameplay as enjoyable as I can, and added a good amount of content to keep players busy for a while. However there is a lot more to be done before the game matches the complete vision that I have of it. Early Access will enable me to get invaluable player feedback, to understand what parts of it are resonating with the players and what parts need more time in the oven, which parts to prioritize and which bits are superfluous. My plan is also to grow the team, so that we can deliver all the exciting content and features faster and at an even higher quality.」

這款遊戲的搶先體驗時間大約會持續多久？

「Currently the plan is to stay in Early Access for about a year. This period may increase depending on future scope changes.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「The final version of the game will have more of everything that is currently in the game:
A longer campaign, more abilities, more collectible bonuses, more enemy types, more mission types, more more more! A story mode is also planned, in order to fully explore the unique flavour of the world of Pirates of Gravitae.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「Currently the game is stable and playable, with a good chunk of content. There are over a dozen abilities and upgrades, over 60 different collectible bonuses, and about a third of the grand campaign.」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「The plan is to gradually increase the price as more content is added to the game.」

在開發過程中，您打算如何與社群互動？

「A well balanced game is critical for a good roguelike. The hope is that the community will provide feedback on a range of different aspects: encounter difficulty, usefulness of various abilities and bonuses, mission variety, general game responsiveness, and more. Understanding how the community interacts with the game will allow us to understand what parts of the development process should be prioritized.」
