Since I began the development in 2020, Side Effect has received feedback from a small group of early-testers and streamers who brought fresh ideas that were instrumental during the game’s early days. I enjoyed implementing concepts that I hadn’t thought about and reviewing mechanics which required balancing. Side Effect being a rogue-like, any added content will guarantee a new experience each time around.
