The game doesn't contain any explicit sexual scenes, but does use rudimentary language involving slang, insults and mentions of sexual acts. None of this is demonstrated during gameplay. The sexual content is only insinuated through dialog and gory scenes do not seek to be realistic - only cartoon-y.
