Miksi Early Access?

We're launching BricksVR in Early Access so that we can harness the feedback and input of our community as we continue to develop BricksVR. We've gotten tons of amazing feedback via our existing community channels, and we think providing the game to a larger audience via Steam will help even more people participate in the community and growth of our game.

We anticipate being in Early Access for 2-3 months before our full launch.

The two most significant differences will be brick count and UI. We currently have about 50 different bricks in the game, we expect to have at least 200 by the full launch. Also our UI right now is in a very early state, we're currently re-architecting it from the ground up to be more efficient and user-friendly.

Beyond this, we expect a large number of bug fixes, improvements, and minor features.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current version of the game has about 50 different bricks and 16 million brick colors. The game supports cross-platform multiplayer with friends, and supports saving your work across sessions. The game also supports physics and integrated spatial voice chat.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

We plan to increase the price at full launch. Players who purchase the game during Early Access will get a discount compared to the eventual full price.

We engage with our community primarily via our Discord at https://bricksvr.com/discord, via email at hello@bricksvr.com, via our GitHub at https://github.com/BricksVR/bricksvr-issue-tracking, and via social media. On top of that, we'll also be using our Steam community to involve the community in the development process.
