Varför Early Access?

“Rift Drifter is an unfinished game. We are releasing it on early access to gather information about the game so far, and better design it for a full release.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“Until late 2022”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“The full game will contain more levels, quests, bosses, enemies, fewer bugs, and a more fleshed-out combat system. It will also be considerably lengthier.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“In general, the game is playable however, it is short and may contain bugs and other issues.

Combat: Implemented, but we will want to improve it later on.
Multiple classes: The game currently has 3 playable classes with their own skill trees; however, 2 out of 3 classes need more work as we feel like they are not up to par with what we have imagined.
Multiplayer: Base functionality is implemented; however, it could contain some bugs. Also, there is no matchmaking for now.
Story: Not fully implemented as the game is not yet done. We would like to add more levels/NPCs/quests etc., which will increase the story length.
Skills, item crafting: Currently considered done. The game features over 20 skills and 60 craftable items.
