Please note that "RPG Maker MZ - Modern + Outer Basic" and "RPG Maker MV - Modern + Outer Basic" are the same pack, only the title "MV" and "MZ" are different. The content in these packs are exactly the same, so if you already have one of these packs, you don't have to purchase the other!

Modern+ Outside Basic contains the basic files from outside of a modern city buildings, focused on residential, suburbs, and commercial areas. This is an expansion of Modern+ collection, and fits with the Modern+ Inner Basic. This pack contains tiles for make outside buildings like: Houses, hotels, gas stations, cafes, parks, buildings, roads and etc.
