« We wanted to get the game into the hands of players midway through development to keep the players involved with its direction but also make the best game possible! Making a basketball game in VR as well as PC (with cross-play) has not been successfully done for a reason, it's a complex task, and we will need the support of players to make this the dream VR basketball game. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« We plan on finishing the early access in 2022, however this may change depending on features added and the level of support the game receives in early access. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« The plan is to continually add a ton more content to the game. We have endless ideas going forward. We'd like to add more story elements to the single player campaign. Full online support will be added to allow competitive play cross platform. And we also have a vision of making full court 5v5 a reality. This is only a step in the journey! This is a passion project, so development will likely continue as long as there is fan support. »

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« The current build allows players to have a very playable early version of the end product in both VR and PC/Desktop. Players can play against bots of increasing difficulty levels in 1v1, 2v2, or Cutthroat (free for all). They can upgrade/customize their player as they progress through the game and rank up.. A tournament mode has been added for an intense four rounds against harder and harder AI with each round.

Local multiplayer currently supports up to 4 players simultaneously as long as 4 controllers are available. This can be asynchronous multiplayer (1 VR vs 3 desktop) or all desktop.

The online mode of the game is still under development and will not be available until a later update. A lot of work has been done here but more is needed for it to be ready. This mode allows a VR or desktop player to compete online cross platform.

The game is still experimental in some ways, including the AI, the ragdoll animations, the balance of skill levels, UI elements and settings available. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« The price will not change during early access except during small promotions. When we release, that is when we will likely change the price for the full product as it will contain full online at that point. »

Comment comptez-vous impliquer la communauté dans le processus de développement ?

« The community will be involved in every step of development and are welcome to add any feedback or suggestions through Steam Discussions or our Discord server. Private betas for development builds will be offered to those who give us regular feedback and are the most supportive of the future of this experimental game. »
