Miksi Early Access?

As the game gets closer to release, it's very helpful to get feedback from players as to what works and what does not.

The game will be in Early Access for 3-4 months as the final levels and boss fights are completed.

It will contain the second half of the game, the military and space monster chapters. It will also contain full gamepad support and the final wave of polish.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current version is a playtested and balanced version of the first half of the game (UFOs and Pirates). It has bugs that are currently being fixed and is missing major features like gamepad support and the quest system.

Main Menu:
All features implemented besides the High Scores screen which is currently a placeholder.

Gameplay:

• Player movement, combat, and upgrades are fully implemented.
  
• Six of the eight player weapons are implemented.
  
• Mining and looting is fully implemented.
  
• Level progression is fully implemented.
  
• Saving/Loading is fully implemented.
  
• Enemy AI and art for the UFO and Pirate factions are fully implemented.
  
• Enemy AI and art for the final two factions are not complete.
  
• Levels 1-39 are implemented and playtested.
  
• Levels 40-80 still require implementation.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

During Early Access the game will sell at half price. The full price will be set on launch.

There will be regular polls in addition to outreach to streamers so we can view a fresh player's experience live (which is invaluable). We will also regularly check the forums for comments on the current state of the game and theories on its plot.
